App

Together with the tracker you get access to an App that can be installed on iPhones and Android smartphones and tablets. So you always have your dog's location at hand, no matter where in the world you are. The app can be downloaded here, select "Elderly"

Once you have installed the app, scan the QR code (15 digit IMEI number) located on the back of the Tracker.
The password for the app is the last 6 digits of the IMEI number which you can see when you have scanned the QR code. If there are more than one of you who need to locate, install the App on the other phone and use the same login, or share from within the app. The tracker can only be linked to one account.

In general

Everything is included for a low monthly fee and of course with world wide coverage. If you want to buy your dog tracker without a SIM card, then you have to find a SIM card with data yourself.

Adjustable strap

A black adjustable strap is included. The strap also has a ring for the dog tag. We do not recommend using this type of strap for cats. The tracker is in a silicone cover, so if you already have a strap you would rather use, you can do that too.

Can I buy it without a subscription?
Yes, you just have to buy a SIM card with data yourself.
Why should I choose subscription?
Then you pay a low monthly fee instead. Here everything is included in the price, including the SIM card.

The tracker is connected to the satellites, but in order to communicate with servers and ultimately your phone, a SIM card is required in the tracker.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time until the end of a month. Just call or send us an email with your cancellation. You can also manage your subscription on your customer page .
The tracker must be returned when you cancel your subscription.

You get unlimited access to tracking which is LIVE 24-7
You get access to an overview of your dog's activity level and sleep.
You get access to historical data.
You can create a GEO-fence such as could be your garden. When the dog leaves the garden, you will receive a notification on the phone.
Can't you just use a TAG? Yes, as long as the dog is near people who have turned on and activated the sharing of TAG via Bluetooth.

True GPS

What does it mean that it is real GPS? GPS tracking is often mentioned in connection with so-called TAG's and 2G trackers. None of them has a built-in GPS chip, which is absolutely necessary to be able to receive GPS signals from satellites. GPS is the most precise positioning technology available and covers the entire world.
2G, AGPS, GPRS, LBS, etc. are not very precise as they use the telemasts as reference points and can therefore have up to 1 kilometer in error.

Order

When you order an X-GPS tracker, it includes configuration on the server and online map as well as delivery within a few business days to the nearest GLS parcel shop. It is completely ready to be used. All you have to do is install the App on your smartphone and scan a QR code that comes with the tracker.

Health

Since the tracker is an autonomous device with an independent SIM card, which does not depend on bluetooth connections that happen to be nearby, such as TAG's, you can get a lot of data out of the tracker. Here, for example, possibility to see how many steps the dog has walked, distance and how long it has been active.

In addition, the range is almost infinite as GPS signals are used for positioning.
