App

Together with the tracker you get access to an App that can be installed on iPhones and Android smartphones and tablets. So you always have your dog's location at hand, no matter where in the world you are.

The app is in English and can be downloaded here:

Once you have installed the app, open it, remove the top cover of the GPS tracker and scan the QR code (15 digit IMEI number) located inside the tracker.
The password for the app is the last 6 digits of the IMEI number which you can see when you have scanned the QR code. If there are more than one of you who need to locate, install the App on the other phone and use the same login, or share from within the app. The tracker can only be linked to one account.

Choose whether your X-GPS dog tracker should come with a SIM card subscription that you can choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis, here everything is included for a low monthly fee and of course with world wide coverage. You can also choose to buy your dog tracker without a SIM card. Then you have to make sure to find a SIM card with data yourself.

Adjustable strap

An adjustable reflective strap is included, so the dog can easily be seen in the dark. In the strap there is also a ring for the dog sign. We do not recommend using this type of strap for cats.

Can I buy it without a subscription?
Yes, then you just have to choose this tracker and buy a SIM card with data yourself.

The tracker is connected to the satellites, but in order to communicate with servers and ultimately your phone, a SIM card is required in the tracker.

You get access to an overview of your dog's activity level and sleep.

You can create a GEO-fence such as could be your garden. When the dog leaves the garden, you will receive a notification on the phone.
Can't you just use a TAG? Yes, as long as the dog is near people who have turned on and activated the sharing of TAG via Bluetooth.

True GPS

What does it mean that it is real GPS? GPS tracking is often mentioned in connection with so-called TAG's and 2G trackers. None of them has a built-in GPS chip, which is absolutely necessary to be able to receive GPS signals from satellites. GPS is the most precise positioning technology available and covers the entire world.
2G, AGPS, GPRS, LBS, etc. are not very precise as they use the telemasts as reference points and can therefore have up to 1 kilometer in error.

Order

When you order an X-GPS tracker, it includes shipping with delivery within a few business days to the nearest GLS parcel shop. You simply install your self-purchased SIM card and it is ready to use. All you need to do is install the App on your smartphone and scan a QR code that comes with the tracker.

If you have problems logging in, setting up a GEO-fence, or anything else, support is of course free. We will be happy to help you get started using the features on the screen via a virtual meeting.

Health

Since the tracker is an autonomous device with an independent SIM card, which does not depend on bluetooth connections that happen to be nearby, such as TAG's, you can get a lot of data out of the tracker. Here, for example, possibility to see how many steps the dog has walked, distance and how long it has been active.

In addition, the range is almost infinite as GPS signals are used for positioning.
